A double room was absolutely perfect and the food was great. Good location near the falls in Banos on a quiet street with views of the town and waterfall. Also - right by the centre.

The room was clean and perfect with the garden as well as views to the garden, at least for me. The location of this hotel was great. Before bed I went to El chozon bar & grill for a nightcap, it's close to the property:)))

I had a very comfortable stay in a long time. The hotel was quiet, little, and cute in a quiet area. The location was great and quiet, near to the center as well as the Virgin Waterfall and the thermal baths. The room was available with views to the garden, a bathtub, and a balcony.
